Bookings & Deposits

A tour is confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary and received your deposit. The balance is payable on arrival in cash, or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for most private tours. Deposits for peak-season and custom trips may be non-refundable; the exact policy is confirmed at booking.

Changes & Force Majeure

Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road conditions or safety. We will always offer the best available alternative of equal value.

Insurance

Travel insurance is your responsibility and strongly recommended. Our vehicles and operations are insured as required by Moroccan law.

Liability

We take great care with your safety and comfort but are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
